California has definitely been going rogue for many years now. But I think rather than no longer being a member of the republic, they are acting as the ice breaker ship, busting the way through to a new dangerous route for other states to follow. California is a tremendously powerful state. They command an immense number of federal electors and are a massive portion of the GNP and representative buying power. Just look how state auto emissions laws automatically get adopted by the auto manufacturers for the entire fleet — because CA represents such a large portion of new car buyers. Auto manufacturers can’t just turn their backs on that. That’s just one example. CA voters need to understand they (sadly, I am one) are responsible for this state ice breaking our way to national destruction.
Thank goodness for the fortitude and bravery of Seth and his team for fighting this and especially for bringing awareness to these dangerous legislative power grabs (this is the first I’d heard). Unfortunately it’s like wack-a-mole...they are coming at us from all sides at once. Mits a dangerous game, and not simple at all. California is not an island rogue state — it’s influence will be felt, then adopted, by other states in short order!
I agree with your thoughts here, but I tend to view California as a bastion of far left ideology and experimentation in socialism and it’s policies. For the record, I don’t view socialism with anything approaching favorability.
Victor, I agree with you and am sadly at a loss as to what to do about it. Through legal legislation e.g. the 2010 "jungle primary" legislation effectively eliminated all contenders except for democrats (reference for history: https://archive.is/3LMUS) and effective gerrymandering the Democrats have locked in wins from now to eternity. Personally I feel that Newsom and his acolytes have brought us far past socialism right through to authoritarianism. It’s a dangerous precipice to find ourselves in for a state that wields such national influence and power. It’s all of or problem. But as I said, I know not how to proceed. Fixing this with our votes is not an option.
Jesus and a sense of humor. We can still live healthy, thriving lives while fighting our nation's evils if we keep those two things as foundational. ;-)
California is no longer a member state of the Republic. It’s that simple. And that sad for those left to it’s increasingly tyrannical government

Best of luck. Commiefornia is the gateway to communism that will destroy the United States if not slammed shut
It’s the only way we win! Take it all the way guys!!!
Keep fighting the good fight Seth!
I'll be praying you to succeed in this lawsuit. Newsome is just like Trudeau. He wants to control everything!!

Godspeed! You’re on the right side of history. Thank you for enabling freedom of speech for the anti-narrative crowd.
Thank you for standing up to defend freedom of speech. We The People would like to continue being able to speak true things.
No one should be in favor of what California is doing - on the right or left. Eventually the tides turn.
Good luck. If we don’t fight back, the Left will control all speech and we know what that means for Conservatives.
If I remember correctly, Uncle Joe Stalin took away 'our' 1st and 2nd Amendments...only to murder 80 million Russian citizens. (Alexander Solzenitzyn)
Looks like our 'Uncle Joe' has the same in mind for America !!!
If I ask a lawyer...🤣
Good!
Update?!
I hope y'all win!!
I'm surprised and confused why more conservative organizations didn't join this lawsuit.
