Bravo. Thank you for fighting for our right to free speech and for standing up for sanity!

Awesome, I wish I had watched the hearing, the progressive must have cringed to hear you speak the truth. Keep us entertained and more importantly informed. There is truth in comedy and especially parody. Part of today's problem is that too many people cannot laugh, especially at themselves.

Let's cut to the chase. This was never a constitutional, or even a philosophical issue. This is progressives trying to maintain the stranglehold on media that they have enjoyed for decades. Their house of cards is crumbling around them. If their platform was as solid as they like to pretend it is, they wouldn't be so terrified of dissent.

Excellent, compelling, logical… arguments!

Eloquent, and I thought your answer about not bowing to censorship to one of the representatives (the one that couldn't pronounce Jay Battacharya's name) was particularly inspiring.

The argument I've heard is that since no one is paying for Twitter et al. (as we pay for phone lines or riding on a bus), that we are obligated to play by their rules, but that's not true. We are their product. They use the data they collect from their site and beyond to make money and they use directed advertising to make money, so in a way, they are getting the only thing most people have of value to give them: ourselves. And for that, they owe us.

And, buses use taxpayer funded streets, while social media use taxpayer funded internet. There is an equivalence.

Great point, because they wouldn't be able to exist without our tax dollars (both the unwashed & the woke), some of the very same people they try to exclude.

Kudos Seth Dillon. Very eloquent and to the point

Thank you for standing for truth. Point #2 is something I hadn't considered before, and a vital distinction: censorship is conduct, not a pretzel-logic form of free speech.

So based, yet so detailed! I am so happy to be a Bee!

Eloquent, truthful, clear. I just hope the people who needed to hear it heard it.

Lefty progs are devoid of any sense of humor. Look at the descent of SNL on tv. It used to be a fun and funny show - no more. Just a rehash of Trump bad left good. I love the Bee. My favorite web site. Keep up the good work Seth!

That was fantastic. Great job!

That was very good, I enjoyed reading it. Thank you for your continued fight to protect our freedom of speech and other freedoms. Best regards from South Carolina.

Impressive speech. I hope that those in Congress who care about free speech will have the courage to take this fight on. Kudos to Seth!

They say truth is stranger than fiction but what about when parody becomes truth?

That is THE reason why we cross-posted to our substack!! eiblegacy.substack.com -

Seth, keep up the amazing work, but PLEASE think of some things that are less frightening going forward, we can't handle any more of the crazy scary things published in the Bee becoming truth!
